1. Where is your store located?

We do not currently maintain a physical store, although that may change. We are an ecommerce business that is based out of Middletown Pennsylvania, United States.

2. Will you ship to my country?

Bayside Stamp Company ships to just about every country in the world. Since we started our business we have shipped to every state in the US with the exception of Alaska and we have shipped stamps to every continent in the world

3. Will my internet browser work with your website?

Some older web browsers may experience problems with some functionalities of our site. We highly recommend using the latest version of your favorite browser to view our site. If you have any issues please contact us at admin@paulneidigstamps.com

1. What are your shipping charges?

For our US and Canadian customers we offer affordable convenient flat-rate shipping. No matter how many stamps, sets, or collections you purchase regardless of their value, you pay just $2.95 for shipping and guaranteed delivery. We ship most items by First Class or Priority Mail within two days of receiving your order. So you can expect your order one to four days after it ships for orders going to a US address and about a week for orders going to Canada.

All books, binders, supplies and Scott Catalogues ship carry a shipping surcharge which will you see when you checkout. Note that these heavier items may take an additional couple of days to arrive.

We offer Free Shipping on all Stamp orders over $99 and Supply orders over $199 to United States and Canada

Ordering from Outside the U.S.?  No Problem!

You’ll pay just $4.95 for shipping and guaranteed delivery on your order of stamps, sets, or collections regardless of how many you buy or their value.

Shipping rates for albums, supplements, binders, and books vary, based on actual air shipping charges.

2. Will I be getting the stamps that are pictured on the website

For many of the stamps that are priced under $20 the images will be stock images. We will be happy to take a scan of any stamp and email you the pictures of what you will actually be getting,
